It is a final practical work of Diseño de Experiencias seminar that consisted of a redesign of SENASA's self-management platform, to carry out the procedure to travel with the pet abroad. For this work, several investigations, analyzes, interviews with users and tests with users were carried out, to find errors and successes in the current SENASA platform; During the work, many problems were found in the platform, both the interface design and the user experience design. Due to this, we redesigned the platform by integrating it first into the 'Mi Argentina' application, to be able to carry out the procedure from your cell phone, and carry out the design for mobile phones of the SENASA platform, making it more intuitive and simple when the user wants to carry out a procedure to travel with his pet abroad.
